Windsor Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul

All the staff were helpful and awesome(thank you all). All were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is nice and very clean, the staff members are really friendly and helpful, especially Rasha, the manager and Ezgi who is always kind and smiling. The hotel facilities are great. We were a bit worried about some of the negative reviews, but I can say that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit of a distance from the centre, but it is not isolated by any means and there is a nearby metro station and we were able to get around easily by Uber for reasonable prices. By the end of our stay, this hotel felt like home, and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Spotless Cleanliness & Exceptional Staff The cleaning staff does an amazing job—every corner of the hotel was immaculately maintained, from the rooms to the common areas. Their politeness and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast team was equally fantastic! Every morning, I was greeted with smiles and efficiency, and the breakfast selection was both fresh and diverse, catering to different tastes. The pool and spa teams were also incredibly welcoming and professional. They made sure everything was well-kept, and their warm hospitality added to the overall relaxation of my stay. Perfect Location for Exploring If you're visiting Istanbul, this hotel is perfectly located near Rami Tram Station, making it super easy to travel to all the major tourist spots. There’s really no need for Uber unless the weather is extremely cold or rainy. Location- Great outside the city - Ubers available- useful Airport transfers. Great view from room - Staff helpful, Restuarants: Quuen’s - Great breakfast selection. Princess: Good vibe staff good - meal was average this was my first meal in Istanbul was not that impressed could be better. Crown - dining in the clouds just a flirt above our room - greaenu choices - prices and service excellent to non. I feel this is a White Elephant can attract more clientele. Day trips can be arranged by Guset relations gives you a sense of security

I had a wonderful stay at Windsor Hotel Istanbul. A big thank you to the amazing girls at reception, Kübra and Hazal — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and truly great assets to the company. Their warm welcome and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. Also, special thanks to Eyüp, the porter, who was always ready to help with a smile.
