All the staff were helpful and awesome(thank you all). All were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was exceptionally clean, and the variety of facilities exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna. The gym was impressively large and equipped with everything we needed, and we had so much fun playing table tennis. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. The pricing was very reasonable for this time of year, and we appreciated how easy it was to access additional facilities for a great value.

We booked a junior suite, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the very friendly staff, who guided us to our room. However, once we arrived at the room, we immediately noticed a very strong smell of cigarettes. I reported this to the front desk, and they sent someone to spray the room in an attempt to remove the odor. Unfortunately, the smell remained very noticeable. Since I was traveling with my pregnant wife, staying in that room was not an option. About 15 minutes later, the hotel manager, Durcun, called our room and informed me that he had a better alternative—a room without the smell of smoke. He personally came up to escort me and showed me the new room he had mentioned. Not only did he resolve the issue efficiently, but he also upgraded us to a much better room with an even nicer view. He sincerely apologized, explaining that although smoking is not allowed, some guests still do it, making it difficult to completely remove the smell right away. He also mentioned that eliminating the odor properly requires special equipment and takes time. Thanks to the room switch, our stay was much more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent! Parking was free! Roomservice till latenight.

My recent stay at the Windsor Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience was evident throughout my stay. I must extend a special thank you to Kadir, the receptionist, whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made check-in a breeze. He readily answered all my questions and provided valuable insights about the local area. The bellboys also deserve commendation for their efficiency and courteous service.. Beyond the exceptional staff, the hotel's restaurant also impressed me. The food was delicious, with a diverse menu offering something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs were evident in every dish I tried. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort and tranquility. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I had a pleasant stay, the hotel's facilities and space are excellent. The staff is amazing and works very efficiently. Melek and Meriem at the restaurant, Gaye and Ilhane at breakfast do a great job and are very kind. The reception welcomed us warmly, and the tourism service gave us excellent advice. Burdja from housekeeping took great care of us. Small drawback: the water. You need to buy several bottles of water per day as we only receive a small one for the entire day. Having used the gym and with the high temperatures, I expected to have drinkable water fountains available to quench my thirst. But I highly recommend this hotel.
